How long does getting started take?
Allow around 20 minutes for the intake questions. Setup depends on account access and the work needed; we agree that schedule with you.
What happens if I stop the marketing service?
You keep the website and content you have paid for and can move them elsewhere. Hosting and ongoing support are separate. SavsMedia software can continue at $297/month. If you cancel the software, you have 30 days to export your data. Your service agreement covers the full details.
Can I keep the website or system without ongoing marketing?
Managed website care is $300/month for updates, bug fixes and security maintenance, without SEO. SavsMedia software is available separately for $297/month, including standard setup, onboarding and basic support. Calls, texts and other usage are billed separately.
Can I start with just SavsMedia software?
Yes. It is $297/month, with no setup fee. We configure an established CRM platform for your contacts, conversations, sales pipeline and follow-up, then walk you through using it. Marketing and new website builds are separate. Advanced custom automations and usage charges are quoted or billed separately.
What if I only need a website?
Standalone websites start at $1,750. No marketing retainer required.
