Website operator and scope

This website is operated by Andrey Savchenko operating as Savs Media, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to that business operator. These terms apply to your use of savsmedia.com.

By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it. These terms do not replace a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the site to learn about our work, evaluate services and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for information you choose to provide and for ensuring you have authority to act for a business you represent.

• Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, introduce harmful code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use forms or contact details for spam, impersonation, fraud or unlawful activity.
• Do not collect personal information from the site without a lawful basis or reproduce site content in a misleading way.
• Do not use the site in a way that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, Savs Media’s website design, original text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to the website operator. You may view the site and keep reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Reusing, publishing, selling or materially modifying our original content requires permission unless the law allows it.

Client names, logos, photographs, trademarks and project materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Displaying work in our portfolio does not transfer rights in that work to visitors. Ownership and licenses for paid client deliverables are addressed in the relevant client agreement.

Service information, pricing and results

Service descriptions and starting prices help explain our offering. Your actual scope, fees, payment schedule, hosting, support and other terms are confirmed in your project or partnership agreement. Submitting a form or exchanging an initial message does not by itself create a paid engagement.

We work to keep the site accurate, but may correct errors or update offerings and pricing. Changes on the site do not by themselves amend an existing signed service agreement.

Examples describe particular work and circumstances. They are not a promise of identical rankings, lead volume, revenue, sales or timing for another business. Search engines, advertising platforms, competition and your business operations affect results.

Inquiries and materials you provide

Provide accurate contact details and only share information you are entitled to give us. We may use the information to evaluate and respond to your request as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive identification or confidential information unrelated to the inquiry through the general contact form. If a project requires restricted account access or sensitive business material, we will arrange an appropriate method separately.

An inquiry does not give us ownership of your business materials or permission to publish them. Any rights needed to create or publish project work will be covered by the relevant agreement.

Email responses and optional SMS programs

Submitting an inquiry asks Savs Media to acknowledge it and follow up by email. It does not subscribe you to promotional email or automated text messages. If you separately opt into an SMS program, messages are limited to the purposes described in that opt-in. Consent to promotional texts is optional and is not required to purchase services.

Message frequency varies. Standard carrier message and data charges may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from an SMS program or HELP for help; you can also email us. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation. Carriers do not guarantee timely delivery and are not responsible for messages delayed or lost in transit.

Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel an existing service agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact details and messaging choices.

Third-party sites and tools

The site may link to client websites, platform policies and other third-party services. They operate independently, and their own terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

A link or portfolio reference does not imply that a third party endorses every Savs Media service. Third-party software used within a paid engagement may carry separate licenses, usage charges and provider terms identified in your agreement.

Availability and limitations

We take reasonable steps to maintain the site, but do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy or that the website will meet every visitor’s needs. The website is provided as available, subject to protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or changes responsibilities in a separate service agreement.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Changes and applicable law

We may revise these Website Terms. The revision date appears above; material changes receive any additional notice required by law. Revised website terms do not retroactively change an agreed client project.

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without overriding mandatory protections that apply in your location. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
