Who we are
Savs Media is operated by Andrey Savchenko, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this policy, “Savs Media,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Andrey Savchenko operating as Savs Media.
This policy covers savsmedia.com and our direct business communications. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of our clients or other websites linked from our portfolio. Contact us with questions or privacy requests using the email below.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us and technical information generated when you use the website. Depending on your interaction and privacy choices, this can include:
- Contact and business information: your name, company, email, telephone number, website address, service interests and the information you include in a request.
- Communications: messages, replies, project details, meeting arrangements, proposals and related correspondence. If you become a client, separate service arrangements may involve additional business information.
- Website activity: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location, referring pages or campaigns, pages viewed, time of visits and interactions such as clicks, scrolling and form-completion events.
- Preference records: cookie choices, applicable email or text-message consent, opt-out requests and records needed to honor those choices.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, assess what you need, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and maintain our business records. We also use it to operate and secure the site, troubleshoot problems, understand visitor behavior and measure marketing activity.
Where you have separately agreed to marketing communications, we may use your contact information for relevant updates or offers. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email or text campaigns.
Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, such as handling a request before a contract, performing a contract, consent, legal obligations or legitimate business interests balanced against your rights.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies, pixels and similar technologies can remember choices, measure visits and connect website activity with advertising. Essential storage supports functions such as security and saving your preferences. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are controlled separately.
Our approach is to keep optional analytics and advertising off until you choose to allow them. You can accept, reject or change optional categories through Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing optional tracking does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us. Preferences apply to the browser and device where you set them; clearing browser storage or using a different device may require another choice.
We save your preference record locally for up to 180 days. Changing a choice governs future collection; it does not automatically erase information already collected. Browser controls can also remove or restrict cookies, although some features may be affected.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
When you allow Analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures page visits, basic device information and successfully received inquiries so we can understand how the website is used. When you allow Advertising cookies, Meta Pixel measures page visits and received-inquiry events and may support advertising measurement and relevant ads. Neither tool is loaded before the corresponding permission is given.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company name or inquiry message as analytics or advertising event data. Our tracking removes query strings and fragments from page addresses sent to Google. Meta Pixel is not loaded on page addresses containing a query string or fragment. Google and Meta process permitted information under their own policies as well as their arrangements with us.
You can reject optional tracking or change your choice through Cookie settings. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps Advertising disabled for that browser.
Service providers
HighLevel (GoHighLevel or GHL) stores contact details, inquiry answers, inquiry history and sales-pipeline records so we can respond and follow up. Email delivery providers supporting our account process the information needed to send and deliver those messages.
Vercel hosts this website and processes network requests, including technical information needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot it. Upstash provides short-lived storage for duplicate-submission checks, request receipts and rate limits. The records our website writes to that storage use request identifiers and keyed hashes, rather than storing your inquiry answers there. Duplicate-check receipts expire after 24 hours; rate-limit and processing-lock records expire sooner.
Our email and other operational providers process information needed to supply their services. Providers may operate in the United States or other countries with different data-protection rules. Where required, appropriate transfer arrangements apply.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect rights or security, or support a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Email and text messages
We use your contact details to acknowledge your inquiry and follow up by email. Submitting this form or providing a phone number does not enroll you in automated text messages or promotional email or text campaigns. Any future promotional messages or automated text program require a separate opt-in where required; consent is not a condition of buying a service.
You can stop promotional email through its unsubscribe link or by contacting us. For a text program you have joined, reply STOP to end messages or HELP for assistance. Frequency depends on the conversation or program; your carrier may charge for messages and data. Necessary non-promotional service communications may continue through another appropriate channel.
Your mobile number and text-message consent are not disclosed to third parties for their own advertising or promotional campaigns. Vendors supporting message delivery may process what is necessary to provide that service, but may not use your opt-in for unrelated marketing.
Advertising disclosures and opt-outs
We do not rent or sell your inquiry details as a contact list. However, disclosures of online identifiers and browsing activity to advertising partners may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without a cash payment.
You can turn off the Advertising category in Cookie settings. We also treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to disable optional advertising for that browser. This does not unsubscribe you from emails or texts; use the communication options above for those.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including following up on inquiries, performing agreements, maintaining accounting records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Relevant factors include our relationship with you, the type of information and any legal retention requirement. Provider retention settings may differ by tool.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where practical. Limited records may remain in backups or be retained to honor opt-outs and legal obligations.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. Do not send account passwords, payment-card details or sensitive identification through the general contact form.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Where applicable, you may also appeal a request decision or complain to your local privacy regulator.
Email us to make a request, describing the information and action involved. We may need enough information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception. We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights that apply to you.
Children and external websites
Our website and services are intended for adults acting for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Portfolio websites, social platforms and other external links have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those policies before sharing information with them.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our practices, tools or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the most recent revision. Where legally required, we provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
Privacy questions and requests should be directed to Andrey Savchenko operating as Savs Media, Charlotte, North Carolina.
